Le Life Ball, le plus grand événement européen de charité contre le sida, s'est déroulé le 26 mai 2007 pour la 15e fois devant et dans l'hôtel de ville de Vienne.
At this year's event, the Sunkid company was also in action with a Moving Carpet conveyor belt.
The Life Ball, which takes place once a year in Vienna, is Europe's largest charity event in the fight against HIV and AIDS. In the spirit of solidarity and tolerance, the Life Ball celebrates life and unites people from all walks of life in an effort to raise money for those affected and to raise awareness.
The opening ceremony of the Life Ball, with a series of artistic program items and the traditional fashion show by a world-famous designer, takes place on Vienna's Rathausplatz and is open to 40,000 visitors. Afterwards, the 4,000 Life Ball ticket holders will head inside the City Hall, where live acts by international stars, exciting performances, dance floors and a rich gastronomic offer await them in all halls and courtyards.
In the middle of this great celebration in front of and inside the Vienna City Hall, this year there was also a Sunkid Moving Carpet conveyor belt. The company Sunkid was commissioned by the Life Ball sponsor Vöslauer to provide models with access to the stage via a conveyor belt. A 6m Moving Carpet was installed in the run-up to the charity event and could be used by numerous carnies during the event.
