The project comprising two facilities for the Olympic “Aerials and Moguls Park” in Livigno (Italy) showed this year, as did other major event projects before it (e.g., boat conveyor belts for Paris 2024 or Tokyo 2020), how the Sunkid Moving Carpet covers the widest possible range: As a tailor-made system, it offers reliable, safe, and comfortable transport for both winter sports beginners and top-level athletes.
Another highlight at the Sunkid booth will be the presentation of the Mountain Coaster. Visitors will have the opportunity to take a seat in this modern and comfortable toboggan. In many places, the current Generation 2.0 is already in operation all year round. Three new tracks have already opened in France, in Chamrousse, Bernex and La Clusaz. With solutions like this, Sunkid can help operators achieve their sustainability goals by using existing infrastructure in already developed tourist regions, 365 days a year.
For both of the above products, Sunkid is presenting smart digital solutions to the international audience at Mountain Planet 2026: the digital maintenance plan “ABC” pro for existing Sunkid Moving Carpets and the “MOCO pro” app. This reduces the documentation effort for toboggan run operators and makes maintenance processes more efficient and transparent.
Furthermore, an exciting play device from the “Wood'n'Fun” ball track product range invites young visitors to discover and try it out.
