Narvikfjellet is located north of the Arctic Circle and offers views over the city of Narvik. A bit above the Narvikfjellet Ski Center is the Sneff Park (children's land) and the Sunkid Moving Carpet. However, the Moving Carpet here serves not only as a means of transportation for beginner skiers, but also for snow racers.
The skiing experience here is magical and very special, as the polar nights provide indescribable moments on the crystal white snow.
In summer, the ski slopes become spectacular bike trails, and the midnight sun gives visitors to the destination 24 hours of daylight. Here, too, the Moving Carpet serves as an ascent aid and provides relief for the bikers, saving them energy when going uphill. The midnight sun makes it possible to enjoy biking all day and all night.
