Approximately 5,500 verified visitors, including nearly 3,500 qualified buyers from 2,500 different companies—that is the overall outcome of IAAPA Asia 2026, which took place this year from June 10 to 12 in Hong Kong.
For the Sunkid team, a trend from last year’s trade show—which was also held in China (Shanghai)—continued: The primary interest of Asian and international visitors from the leisure industry focused primarily on interactive family rides and the Sunkid Mountain Coaster. In addition, interesting project ideas were discussed regarding Sunkid’s Wood’n’Fun product line as well as water and ski conveyor belts.
For the first time, the 50th-anniversary plaque of the subsidiary Sunkid Heege was prominently displayed at the trade show booth. This often provided an opportunity to look back on the milestones of the company’s successful history during conversations with customers.
